Minimally invasive vascular treatments are performed by Vascular Interventional Partners. Common treatments include those for varicose vein treatment.

In this case, there are several types of treatment:
Minimally invasive endovenous laser surgery – The endovascular specialist uses an optical fiber connected to a vascular laser that has the ability to burn through the inside the varicose vein, thus treating the cause of the problem. Once the optical fiber is inserted into the varicose vein, the laser emits light energy that heats and seals the dilated vein, which shrinks as the fiber is withdrawn. It is a procedure that leaves no scars, and the patient can leave the clinic within a few hours of the operation.
Minimally invasive radiofrequency surgery – Through an incision, a probe is inserted into the internal or external saphenous vein and an anesthetic solution is infiltrated into the tissue around the vein, to isolate it. The probe releases radio frequency energy, which produces contraction of collagen fibers, fibrosis and closure of the vein. Subsequently, a dressing and a compressive sock are applied, and the patient can leave the clinic on their own feet.
Ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy – An advantage of this procedure is that it can also be used in large, deeply located veins, replacing the surgical procedure. It is painless and can be used on patients regardless their age. It consists in the ultrasound-guided injection of a sclerosing substance into the affected vein, which irritates the venous shell. It swells, and the blood coagulates, subsequently the vein turns into scar tissue, which becomes invisible.
